Forums are a bit broken

I haven't updated the forums in quite some time and they are some odd display issues at the moment.
I will be fixing the forums over the weekend and applying a new style while I am at it.

Finally got around to fixing the forums.
Just finished a upgrade to my hosting platform and these forums needed some tlc.
