Playstation 3 anyone?

my girlfriend just got me PS3 and i was wondering if anyone else has it.  My name is illfusion so add me on the buddy list

Wii is pretty sweet from what I hear and yes I'm a Sony fanboy. I'm been using Sony stuff without a hickup forever.

Ok seriously, whatever floats your boat. I'm sure it'll all look great on your nice giant flatscreen TV, just remember you'll want to hook it up to your PC in a year cause the next gen video cards will simply tear any console a new one.

my best friend got 360 and he lives 1 min down the road so we switch whenever we feel like it so i basically own PS3 and can play 360 whenever i want.  just enterested to see if anyone wants to game that is all

i still am not sure on what one i want 360 or ps3 so well see if i decide with a ps3 it might be awhile until price drops but we shall see.

Graphics comparisions between both consoles, I believe posted on Gamespot, indicated that the XBox 360 has better graphics but the real graphics wars will be in 2007.

As for DirectX 10, it will be another year before we seen any real uses of it - granted there are a couple games that will be released early 2007 utilizing DirectX10, but not likely to its full potential.

Crysis - not officially confirmed or denied at this point. Probably true, but we should find out soon for sure.

PS3 - Its the equivalent to a rubbish PC.
Nintendo Wii - A fun clever little gimmick from Nintendo which will lose its novelty soon for all.
Box 360 - A solid console showing many great games and a solid fanbase of people who are still willing to buy it.

I however still favour the PC, just wish they would make parts more affordable!

lol i'll probably only get the ps3 for ffxiii, and if they hurry up and get internet play available for wii like they said they would, wii will easily be the most fun of the nexgen consoles. super smash bros melee online > *. i will rock all of you with captain falcon

wii is no fun by yourself though its a blast with a bunch of friends and alcohol but other then that i can't play a game with a tv remote

My back hurts from WiiSports Boxing. I'm looking forward to getting Mario Galaxy and more FPS. But honestly I bought the darn thing and then started playing BF2142 WAY more. I guess that is the effect that Red Steel had on me.
