I cant wait for these games to come out, tell me whatcha think of them:

1. Quakewars (already discussed)-FPS
2.Command and Conquer 3 ( http://www.ea.com/official/cc/cc3/us/index.jsp )-RTS
3. Supreme Commander ( http://www.supremecommander.com/)-RTS
4. Call of Duty 3 (http://ps3.ign.com/articles/705/705212p1.html)- FPS for Xbox 360
5. Halo 3 (a personal fav, http://www.bungie.net/Games/Halo3/)- FPS for xbox 360

Prolly gonna have to upgrade my computer in the near future, get a new vid card, mother board, processor
and ill have to get an xbox 360 (lots o money :( )
Its not our abilities that show who we truely are, it is our choices

- Supreme Commander - definately looks sweet. Been following it for awhile. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ACN-SDo ... 0commander (shaky cam footage from Supreme Commander). Very hyped for SC.
- Halo 3... still aways off. Looks good, though. Average hyped.
- Command and Conquer 3... I loved the originals but they've got progressively worse. RA2 was good, and I liked  Generals, but C&C3 isn't looking that great yet. But who knows, it's still early. Just not that hyped yet.
- My favorite video trailer so far was DEFINATELY the Warhammer one. http://media.pc.ign.com/media/773/773711/vids_1.html - Still, for the game, I'm not that hyped yet.
- Spore also looks great (the next game from Will Wright). It's got a site up now. http://www.spore.com/ - Very hyped.
- Assassin's Creed - not much in the way of media yet, but the previews sounds good. Think Thief + PoP + GTA... oh man. Sweet. My hype is about average, though, since I haven't really seen anything in-game yet. Old trailer for it: http://www.eurogamer.net/tv_video.php?p ... id=336&s=l

That's it for me pretty much.

Pretty much 4 games.
Metal Gear Solid 4-been into this series since the first game on PS1.
Armed Assault-Got flashpoint, loved it, waiting for the update.
Quake Wars-yea
Gran Turismo 5-Only thing that could have made GT4 better on the PS2 would have been a bit better textures and some anti-aliasing. PS3 is giving me all that.
Gotta start saving up for PS3's 600$ pricetag, as well as some upgrades for the PC.

I hate FPSers on consoles with a passion unless its action style like in MGS or something.

Hey guys,

Here's a link to a review of Crysis from Tom's Hardware that sounds interesting - at the very least a truly destructable and reactive environment sounds really cool!

Heard about that game in a magazine.
"Only god knows what you'll have to have in your PC to run this game"
Imagine every single leaf casting soft shadows from sunlight.

No doubt, but in the vein of an excuse to spend a little more time or $$ on the hobby / occupation / obsession....what the hell?  Right?  :D

On another related thought....Maybe, unlike EA, this game's code is actually optimized...?

Hey illfusion,

Don't feel too bad, I bet I got you beat.  Since my main system blew it's mb I had to move by big agp gforce 6600 - 128mb, over to my old xp1800 system.  So if it seems to take me a little while to load in ~ well, you get the idea.  But even if the full detail, and modeling is beyond whatever we're running when the game comes out, I still have to imagine it will look awesome!
