Testing your memeory?

I've been getting a lot of crashes lately and a lot of memory-related errors (blue screens referring to physical memory, windows notifications talking about bad memory as well).

What's a good program to test your memory to see if it's alright?

Try reseating your memory to insure it has a good connection on mobo.
Your not mixing speeds or types are you?

Everything is default in BIOS, and I've never had a problem before until recently. May also be HD-related (paging file), since sometimes I'll go over my gig of memory.
