What is the question?

I am assuming you wanta dual monitor setup and the monitor is a CRT. If your graphics card has dual outputs (2 VGA or 1 VGA and 1DVI) it can be done. Make sure you got a DVI to VGA adapter. They are also pretty cheap to purchase at best buy.

Cathode Ray Tube - if your monitor is the size of a TV (i.e. not flat screen), then that is what you have.

Monitor support

        * CRT monitor: 15-pin VGA connector
        * Radeon® 9250 – Range of Add-In-Board designs *
        * Radeon® 9200 – VGA/RCA/S-video
        * Radeon® 9200SE - VGA/RCA/S-video
        * Radeon® 9200SE - DVI/RCA/S-video

So, it has a VGA connector, by default on all monitors. Now, it depends on the model on what other connects you have - Looks like it should RCA and S-Video (though I don't know your exact model). Don't know what RCA is, but you may be able to setup a dual monitor with S-Video. Still, with such an old card, you might have some performance issues. You might want to wait until you can upgrade your video card a bit before you try to work with a dual monitor.

How many connections do you have on back of card?
3 or 2

If you have three you can do dual display. Depending on your monitors most new LCD's have DVI support in - if not you will need a DVI to VGA adapter (about 8 bucks).
