Power Supply

Does anyone know of a program that will tell you how many watts you are using from your power supply ????

No I don't but, if you have a clamp on current meter Power dissipation = current * voltage of the supply (12V) =watts or just look up the typical power consumption of your pc's components to get a rough idea.

There is a device called Kill-A-Watt that you could plug in between your computer and the wall and it will tell you.  20-30 bucks though.  Or if you had a UPS it could probably report it (mine does).
Flames?  My firewall blocks flames...

look on the side of your psu it should say max output

Most motherboards track voltages from the PSU.
If the voltage settings are within spec then your PSU is keeping up.
ASUS boards come with a voltage monitor and most PC testing tools have this ability.

Voltage sags of any of the legs can cause weired behavior - reboots - basically a unstable PC.  Even if your PSU is "rated" for 650 watts doesn't mean it can't have a leg which voltage is out of spec even with the smallest of loads causing your machine to be very unstable.
