This is the rules hk will run in early retail maps. Please note these are not official, however we'd appreciate if you follow the same guidelines when running your strategies. We run the same rules as these. Thanks!

All maps:
- Only use official MCP routes. Since we're still establishing the "default" strategy, trying to beat said "default" strategy with an alternative route is a bit counter-productive.

Outskirts
Phase 1: Strogg only use their initial spawn for vehicles (Hog and 3 Icaruses)
Phase 2: Strogg only use their inital spawn for vehicles (Desecrator, Hog, Tormentor, 2 Icaruses)
Phase 3: Strogg all spawns
Phase 4: Strogg all spawns

No GDF restrictions.
