AMD Athlon x2 AM2 or 939

Between AMD Athlon 64 socket x2 AM2 and 939 which is the better processor

AM2, its the newer architecture and uses better DDR2 RAM.

I'd seriosly consider going to Conroe or Core 2 Duo as its called. Almost always faster than AMD.

Same here i am goin to get a INtel duo 2 core cpu b/c they are fast then any Amd cpu. Also i am a intel kind of guy.

Yes, Intel's Core 2 technology has finally one up'ed AMD...so if you are looking for the fastest...go Intel this time.
