BF2: Helicopter Filght 101

Ok, I browse BF2 Sites and Forums ALOT

So today I come across this guy named Silo i think it was, He's very nice and a really good pilot and teacher. Watch his video's if you are a Helicopter pilot, You can master the Hellfire and TV Missile EASY From this guy.. I hope you enjoy , Becuase I did

Well, seems to be some solid suggestions, however soloing isn't doable in BF2Pro so we can't use most of his suggestions... still helo people should take a look. Because all of that SHOULD be taken for granted, but if people aren't using some of those tips and awareness ideas - then you need to start doing so (in the chopper).

But yea if you don't know what you're doing in the chopper, this is a good place to start.

Hm, I'm not too impressed with the videos.  Going solo in the chopper these days is nothing special, espeically just using the TV's.  I'm sure all of you have seen the "Duck and Cover" video made by Code7, now THAT was impressive, using both the chain gun and TV missles while flying solo, but simply using the TV's is nothing new.  However, the tactics he uses can be helpful to some people who arn't too familiar with going solo in the chopper, or don't really know how to fly. 

As atamanch said, he missed alot of shots, using excuses such as "my FPS went down the tubes when running Fraps", or "I got the TV bug".  I play with 30 FPS without running Fraps, and I play perfectly fine, and can TV pretty efficiently despite the shitty system I play on.  Not saying that these things didn't effect some of his shots, but lets get real, we arn't taking tips from a chopper god.

As I said before, his videos would be VERY informative for players new to BF2, or players that are simply not so skilled.  I took nothing from the videos, and I doubt any of you guys did either.  However, I do commend him on taking the time to make the videos to try to help newer players learn a thing or two about doing it big in the chopper.
